**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
* Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries, analyze payment history/notes, and communicate statuses to customers
* Work with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze and resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Drive to solve problems and meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
