**Job Description**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
* Work with leading technologies and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
