**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
* Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including phone, email, and chat support
* Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
* Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Drive to solve problems and meet goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
