Key Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments for home repair companies and ensure timely follow-ups Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality in customer service delivery Essential Qualifications Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin Able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule Proficient with the internet, data entry, and able to swiftly move between multiple programs Good typing, computer, and customer service skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or a related field Familiarity with call center software and technology Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work from Home Requirements PC with at least Windows 7 Dual monitors USB headset Consistent, reliable high-speed internet access Quiet, dedicated workspace Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
