As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with visitors on our clients' websites via a Live Chat app, offering real-time assistance and support. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, with comprehensive training provided to help you excel in this role.

**Responsibilities**

* Interacting with visitors on our clients' websites using tools such as Facebook Messenger
* Assisting customers by answering their questions, providing links to products or services, and offering discounts as needed
