Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Work Opportunity with careerzynith

**Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
* Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedule as needed
* Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
* Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
* Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
* Being a good teammate to coworkers
* Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in a call center
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Detail-oriented and proactive thinking skills
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:
* High-speed internet
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
careerzynith will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting hourly rate: $17-20 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
* Commission opportunities: average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
* Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, and Life Insurance

* Continued education with periodic classes
**Schedule**
* Wednesday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break)
