We're proud of our values-driven approach and strive to create a positive impact on our customers, employees, and the community. **Job Role and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, technicians, and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery * Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues promptly and courteously * Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements * Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency * Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base * Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives * Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers * Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide expert advice and support **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 70 words per minute * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement * High-speed internet and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise (arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone) **Remote Work Requirements** As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * High-speed internet connection * Quiet workspace with minimal background noise * arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for commission and bonuses.
