**Role Description**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing and coordinating service appointments for our various services. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work remotely, and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a dedication to meeting their needs.
* **Dispatching:** Coordinate with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. You'll be responsible for efficiently routing technicians to job sites and optimizing their schedules to maximize productivity.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* **Strong Communication Skills:** Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
* **Service Titan Savvy:** Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM systems is a plus.
* **Exceptional Customer Service Skills:** Demonstrate the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
* **Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities:** Possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* **Proficiency in Computer Systems and Software Applications:** Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and dispatching software (training will be provided).
* **Previous Experience:** Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
