We take pride in our values-driven approach, which emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. **Job Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher with blithequark, you will play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns **Schedule** Our flexible schedule offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and remote work opportunities. You will work from home Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesdays, when you will be required to work in our Chantilly office. Your schedule will be as follows: * Monday-Friday: Remote work from home, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements** To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you will need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture** At blithequark, we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a comprehensive benefits package.
