Our remote work arrangement includes: * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break) * Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break) **Job Role and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include: * Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule * Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed * Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner * Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements * Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency * Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base * Being a good teammate to coworkers * Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in a call center environment * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication skills and a passion for making customers happy * The ability to work independently as well as within a team * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Attention to detail and proactive thinking skills **Remote Work Requirements** To ensure your success in a remote work environment, we'll provide: * A laptop and cell phone * High-speed internet (candidates must provide their own) * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience (negotiable). Additionally, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month.
