Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department * Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Schedule and Work Environment** Our Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers enjoy a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements: * Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break * Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (not on Wednesday) To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, we provide a laptop and cell phone.
