careerzynith is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our remote team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing various daily duties. **Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, including accurate documentation of customer information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
**Schedule:**
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following commitments:
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), excluding Wednesdays
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience
* The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter customer information into our customer database (Service Titan)
