Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments and collect vehicle and customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and process R.O.'s, arrange towing and temporary transportation, and maintain automotive records.
Process customer invoices and payments, and complete customer appointment reminder process.
Stock parts and supplies, and maintain a clean and orderly customer service area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
Basic data entry and computer skills
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and a positive-friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Basic estimating knowledge and product knowledge
Quality focus, productivity, and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
Auto industry experience
Previous customer service or cashier experience
Knowledge of automotive systems and processes
