As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages, providing high-quality service and support to our customers. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Use department tools, resources, and expertise to resolve customer problems
- Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement and support of department and company objectives
- Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer and careerzynith expectations
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**

- High School or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
- Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
- Customer service orientation
- Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
- Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
- Ability to handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
- Luxottica Retail store/field experience
- Optical experience (a plus)
