**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless communication experience.
* Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries, providing accurate and timely solutions.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
* Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
* Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

**Essential Qualifications**
