**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking calls from customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with the best possible experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner
* Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service
* Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
* Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

* Prior customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Easy to work with, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong typing skills and highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications

+ Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above

+ Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels
+ Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers)
+ Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software
+ Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace, with minimal background noise and interruptions
* A reliable and stable internet connection, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps
