**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using a self-scheduling platform to select your working hours and enjoy a flexible schedule that suits your needs. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries and concerns
* Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
* Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues
* Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds
* Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary and assist with travel-related issues
* Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
* Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

**About You**

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
* Strong geographical knowledge and experience working with travel products
* Excellent customer service skills, including strong attention to detail, effective communication, and empathy

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, and anticipate situations
