Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary and making necessary adjustments * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records **About You** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
