Key Responsibilities:
Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options
Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specialized clients
Receive comprehensive training to upskill and support client and member inquiries as business needs arise
Offer solutions to simplify our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact
Essential Qualifications:
1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving their quality of life
Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
At least 6 months of healthcare experience
