Working a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required
Authorization to work in the United States (or country of application)
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus
