Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary, working collaboratively to resolve issues and achieve our customer service goals. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, contributing to ongoing improvements and enhancements. Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time, with a reliable and consistent internet connection (25 mbps or higher) and a dedicated workspace with a direct connection to the router. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms.
