Job Summary
We are looking for experienced customer service representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Resolve client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex client issues
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Contribute to the growth and development of the customer care team


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems


Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
