**About the Job**
We're currently hiring Inbound Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team at careerzynith! As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, delighting customers with every interaction – whether that's through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a meaningful and positive experience with every interaction.
* Communicate a variety of information to the customer, being an active listener and helping resolve customer inquiries.
* Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
* Work effectively in a work-at-home setting, maintaining punctuality, performance, and positivity.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma (or equivalent)
* 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
* Great communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
* Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
* A secure area in the home to work from
* Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
* Located in Las Vegas, NV (must be able to work from home in this location)
