* Providing training, support, and analysis to clients to ensure they get the most out of our services
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solutions Architects to resolve complex issues
* Serving as a subject matter expert on enterprise account and billing issues
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent escalations
* Developing a deep understanding of clients' needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide training and support to clients on our services and features
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our services, features, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
* Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent escalations and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or cloud-based environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
