**Job Functions**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Opportunity with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Handling all general questions or inquiries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Work from Home Equipment and Requirements**
careerzynith provides all necessary equipment for this role, including a computer, headset, and other tools. You'll need to have a high-speed internet connection, which we'll provide a monthly stipend of $50 to support.
**Pay and Benefits**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Opportunity with careerzynith, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

* PM Shift: 12:30pm - Midnight (8 hours within window)
