Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and service-minded individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
* Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Develop leadership skills through our proprietary Leadership Academy and hands-on 1-on-1 training
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
