Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum network speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Able to connect directly to the router with an Ethernet cable
A dedicated workspace free from outside noise and distractions during working hours
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
