**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing support to our guests through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a customer relations representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, ensuring that our guests feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with us. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions, ensuring that our guests feel valued, heard, and supported.
* Respond to a wide variety of customer and member inquiries and requests, resolving issues to satisfaction.
* Handle calls involving angry or upset customers, using active listening skills and empathy to de-escalate situations.
* Utilize knowledge of customer relations, reservations, and rewards processes, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our guests.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products, services, and policies.

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on inbound calls and data entry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry.
* Knowledge of customer relations, reservations, and rewards processes, policies, and procedures.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.

**Work Environment**

* This is a fully remote position, requiring a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
* Must live in the Phoenix area to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* $20/hour, with bonus potential up to $400/month.
* $50/month towards Wi-Fi bill.
