**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
* Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their benefits and services
* Explain plan details, benefits, and limitations to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
* Maintain accurate records and track interactions with members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's products, services, and policies to provide informed support to members

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare concepts
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
