As an careerzynith customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch billing support to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Determining the services that customers are missing and making recommendations for upgrades and add-ons
* Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
* Coding sales accurately and completely

**Education and Requirements**

* A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
* High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
* A phone with a headset
* A background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure compatibility with our platform and client programs, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
* CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
* Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
* Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
* Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
* Standard Connection and Speed: Hard-wired connection (no wireless) with a minimum 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload speed
* Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
**Mac Requirements**
