**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help simplify plan members' health care experiences
* Learn about health care and expand your skills and knowledge
* Participate in on-site training and self-paced modules to ensure success on the team
* Interact with trainers, leadership, and colleagues to build relationships and learn from others
* Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* Competitive pay range of $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
