About Our Caremark Member Operations Division Our Caremark Member Operations division, part of blithequark's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, is seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help members understand their coverage and options. Our business is constantly evolving, and you'll have the chance to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients.
