About the Role As a Premier Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from billing and adjustments to advanced technical support and sales. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective resolutions, while also promoting our latest products and services to drive sales growth. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing various tools and systems to update customer accounts, maintain records, and troubleshoot complex issues. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, chat, and other virtual channels Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide personalized recommendations and solutions Troubleshoot complex customer issues, including voice and data problems, network outages, and device-related concerns Process customer requests, including service activations, changes, and cancellations Handle billing and adjustment inquiries, credits, and refunds Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers to resolve customer issues Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities Strong typing and keyboarding skills (advanced skills preferred) Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Call center experience Advanced typing/keyboarding skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools What You Can Expect from blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our employees' success and well-being.
