Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services. Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Good listening skills and the ability to communicate under pressure. Extensive knowledge of blithequark's products and services. The ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's Work From Home standards. A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12 mb upload speed. Availability to work a set schedule, including possible mandatory overtime and varying shifts. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having previous customer service experience, especially in a technology or telecommunications environment, will be highly regarded.
