Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, strong computer navigational abilities, and customer-oriented approach will enable you to deliver insanely great customer experiences and make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our databases are accurate and reflect the latest customer details Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to add value and increase customer loyalty About blithequark At blithequark, we are passionate about creating a positive impact on the lives of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, with customer service experience being a plus Strong computer navigational skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities A professional and courteous approach, with a customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering great customer experiences Work Environment This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will need to have a private residence with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. You will be provided with the necessary equipment, including a webcam, and you will need to have a reliable Internet/Broadband Internet Connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. Physical Demands This role involves constant sedentary work, and you will need to be able to sit for long periods while working on a computer and using a phone.
