You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions - Take inbound calls and answer questions to help members better understand their coverage and options - Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients - Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise - Offer solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience - Learn more about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement for qualified candidates. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria: - Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements - Have a secure workspace free from distractions - Successfully complete the training program - Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Training and Development** We have a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team. This includes: - Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks - Hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 - Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions **Schedule Options** We offer flexible schedule options to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work.
