Obtain meal orders from patients, assisting them in their meal selections according to their prescribed diet, and enter them into the Food Service application
Manage daily operations, including navigating Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone, and other programs
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
Participate in virtual training sessions, which average approximately 4 weeks, to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role
