Job Overview In this multi-faceted role, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. You will use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns, navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records. Key Responsibilities Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective service Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements Provide support for products and services offered by arenaflex, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial set-up and configuration of software and applications Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Ability to complete all required training in a virtual environment, including knowledge checks and security awareness training Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage virtually with management and customers Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least one year of customer service experience Call center experience Advanced typing/keyboarding skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to deliver personalized recommendations and resolve customer issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage virtually with management and customers Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
