As a customer service representative, you'll become a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional customer experiences. **About the Role** As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns. You'll be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying issues, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any problems, and escalating interactions when necessary. You'll also be responsible for tracking call-related information, providing feedback on call issues, and upselling when required. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns * Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate * Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Provide feedback on call issues * Upsell when required **Qualifications:** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
