In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and participants, ensuring their satisfaction with our events and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
