Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order services. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, and that their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy benefits and healthcare. Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of our customers' personal and medical information. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications 2 years of experience working with clients in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment. PC proficiency in Windows-based applications. Preferred Qualifications Partners degree or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate effectively in a positive, empathetic way, and to issue solutions that meet our customers' needs. Strong customer service skills, including friendly phone etiquette and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. At least 6 months of experience in the healthcare industry.
