**Position Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience
* Take inbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help members better understand their coverage and options
* Learn more about healthcare, expanding your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience
