About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, where you will play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to offer solutions that simplify the healthcare experience for our members, while also expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within CVS. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Take inbound calls and provide solutions that simplify the healthcare experience for our members. Develop strong relationships with members and provide empathetic and patient support. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and compliant information to members. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and improve overall customer experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment.
