**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients and clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy**: You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to educate patients on the benefits of generics or other therapy options, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
* **Conducting generic conversions or therapy changes**: You'll work with patients to identify and implement generic conversions or therapy changes, ensuring that they receive the most effective and affordable treatment options.
* **Ensuring adherence and compliance**: You'll proactively reach out to patients to ensure they're staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
* **Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls**: You'll effectively handle phone calls from patients, clients, and other customers, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
* **Maintaining accurate records and documentation**: You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring that patient information is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **1+ years of customer service experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.
* **6+ months of high-volume customer service experience**: You'll have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* **Must reside in the state of Nevada**: You'll be required to live and work in the state of Nevada, with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace.
* **Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.

**Compensation and Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.45
