**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and resolve issues. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. Your primary goal will be to communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, providing overall savings and improving their health outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Interact with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service
* Work independently and self-directed, while collaborating with a greater team to achieve shared goals
* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
* Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with the Specialty Projects Team
* Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
* Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information
* Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
* Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
* 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
* Must reside in the state of Nevada
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
* Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
