**Key Responsibilities:**

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, addressing their technical queries and concerns
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions
* Serving as a subject matter expert on enterprise record and billing issues, proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems
* Developing in-depth understanding of clients' critical issues to provide effective solutions
* Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with careerzynith services and industry trends

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications)
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or sales environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
