**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions that meet their needs
* Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other in achieving sales targets
* Managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
* Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in all customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements to Work from Home:**
To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you will need:
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
