**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

* Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Following up on complicated customer interactions as required
* Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
* Developing rapport with customers through an upbeat and positive attitude
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues

* Excellent customer service attitude and a positive outlook
* Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
* Friendly, confident, and a self-starter personality
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive and quick troubleshooting skills

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
* 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
* Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
