**Requirements**

* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
* **Experience**: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* **Skills**:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
