**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and order processing

* Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams as needed

**Candidate Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
